Improving The Mind Through What We Put Into The Body

After noticing common issues arising around food and healthy habits, Dr. Suarino pursued a certificate in Holistic Nutrition in order to provide others with the information and education they need in order to make positive lifestyle changes.  These challenges impact us all, no matter our age, gender, or culture.  Building upon her training in behavioral change and motivational strategies, Dr. Suarino provides a holistic health approach using lifestyle management tools and a broad range of dietary theories.  Dr. Suarino's experience in synthesizing and disseminating research enables her to provide individualized support to clients that meet their unique needs. 

Services include: habit and strategy structuring, individualized resources and recommendations, accountability check-in's, education on meal planning & preparation, pantry makeovers, grocery tours, cooking demos.  

From Dr. Suarino:  "Food is often a part of our culture and a necessity in our lives.  Yet many people struggle with something we all do every single day.. eating!  

My mission is to support clients in improving their health, achieving their goals, and developing sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.  I am a firm believer in bio-individuality-- what works for one person may not work for the next.  Each client is individually evaluated to determine the best, most realistic course of action.  I do not prescribe quick fix diets, I provide tools to help you be successful for the rest of your life, whether you’re seeking weight loss, enhanced athletic performance, improved digestions, or support with eating behaviors. I will provide evidence-based information on nutrition in a easily-understandable way and practical strategies that can help you change your life and your relationship with food.  My goal is to help others reach their goals and to reveal their best selves- because a healthy body is key to having a healthy life.
